But, to be fair and answer your question, I had started reviewing Aslyum 2 before I got to Vol 1 I believe and just never finished
Wow! I honestly wasn't expecting a reply! So glad I did. Your reviews are spot on. I completed both volumes and currently doing an Asylum/P90X2 hybrid, similar to your workout calendar, but I've been at a plateau for a year. I'm not sure what to do next.
Not sure if this blog is still active, but why are not all the workouts listed for Asylum Vol 1?

DeleteWhich do you think is harder, Insanity Max30 or Asylum? Can you get stronger with Max30? There are no pullups.
