Overview
You start it with a speed rope focused warm up consisting of jack variations and regular jumping rope combinations. You then utilize the ladder in shoulder tap combos, then go back to speed rope warm ups of bicep curl jacks and different scissor/kicking combos. You then do a arm stretching move with the rope, which is now one of my favorite dynamic stretching moves of all time now. You basically lift the rope over and behind you, then lift in back over in front of you. I felt this stretch very good.
Next is a push up sequence of wide push ups but you change hand positions. You then go into chest presses, bicep curls follows, then shoulder presses, and lastly some tricep extensions. For the majority of the workout the sequence is as follows, push up variation, bicep variation, shoulder variation, then tricep variation. Each sequence is harder than the last, the more you get into the workout the more core work is thrown in. The last of the sequences has deltoid raises, pike ups, and upright rows.
The burnout consists of wide pushups, alternating curls, overhead presses, upright rows, a pyramid of push ups and in and outs, hammer curls, push press, upright rows, and lastly tricep push ups. All of the are done with no rest, and extreme burnout that hits every muscle you worked in the workout.

The Review

Design
Upper elite is a great circuit workout, meaning it goes from one exercise training one muscle, to another exercise training another muscle without any rest. The one rest is find in between the circuits. I find this kind of training very good in terms of building not only strength but endurance as well considering your first move is a chest/ push up variation which includes the shoulders and triceps which you continue to hit during the circuit. The real only con would be the difficulty for some, it is a rather long workout at 60 minutes, and the lack of explosive movements found.
9.5/10

Difficulty
Any workout you do, if you give it your all, will be hard. That being said, some workouts still vary in difficulty in terms of the type of workout it is and the type of exercises you are doing. The moves found in Upper Elite are a little above basic, but the type of circuit training present makes its effectiveness increase but also the difficulty. Once you find the right weights to use and go in with a good attitude start to finish, you'll feel a huge pump and also sweat a lot!
4.5/5
