Overview
Vertical Plyo focus' on jumping and also agility and speed. It combines power with coordination, and the moves you will see while have you jumping inside the ladder and X jumps with the strength bands on. There's rotation squat jumps inside the ladder and also single leg power jumps. This is a big plyometric workout that focus and your ability to jump high and be agile. There is one chest move in here, and that's the resisted plyometric push up. Not enough to promote any chest gains but it is there. You do use a light band to work the back, but nothing significant.

The Review

Design
Vertical Plyo is about 40 minutes of non stop jumping! Some exercises will just test your power of high how you can jump and how long you can jump for, while others take it to the next level and force you to jump in the boxes of the ladders, not only working your legs but fine tuning your coordination and agility. They have a lot of different move variations, so you're legs will be trained in many ways while leaving no muscle un-dominated. Lateral jumps are included, and the workout really utilizes the strength bands and works your legs to the max. There is only like 1 actual break, as Shaun T believes in active rest which, guess what, is more jumping. The sheer amount of jumping you do will increase your vertical jump and also your endurance. Your legs will be able to run longer, jump higher, and you'll feel better!
10/10

Difficulty
Ask anyone who as done Asylum, and they will say Vertical Plyo was the hardest. This is probably the hardest workout I have done, and it is also  one of the most effective. You get what you put into it, and this is the highest impact workout. You should never do this much plyometrics if you have injuries, that being said if you can do this workout expect to get great results.
