Overview
Championship combines different sports training into one workout, and also has the Asylum fit test at the END of the workout. The workout is structured as followed : Track & Field 400m Dash, Stretch, Triple Jump, Agility on Your Mark, Volleyball, Speed Skating, Olympic Weightlifting, Basketball, Soccer, Gymnastics, Football and then Sudden Death Fit Test. Each sport is set up having 4 rounds while each round progressively gets more difficult and/or complex. Each sport focus' on the sports main muscles used (think legs for track and full body strength for Olympic weight lifting).
The Sudden Death Fit Test featues a tough agility circuit, you have 3 minutes to do as many reps as you can. The circuit included an agility move within the ladder, 4 reps of power jumps and 2 pushup to X-Jumps.

The Review

Design
Championship, the sequal to game day, which was a great endurance workout, adds a great strength training aspect to the workout. This full body workout is great pretty much everyone. It is very fun and also very effective! Its like eating a salad that tastes good, more bang for your buck! The workout itself is designed with many different moves that work many different muscle groups in different ways. Endurance and conditioning training are featured along with strength and agility. If you are an athlete, this will greatly improve your performance. Each type of sport's athletes have specific strengths msot of the time. basketball plays are quick and agile while weight lifers and football players are strong and powerful. Soccer player's feet seem to never get tired, and track athletes are just on another level! Championship takes all of these strength and training philosophies and combines it into one workout!
10/10

Difficulty
Any workout you do, if you give it your all, will be hard. That being said, some workouts still vary in difficulty in terms of the type of workout it is and the type of exercises you are doing. The mentality to push through this workout is greatly needed, as is for almost all full body routines. It does good keeping things interesting, so the fun alone will make you want to keep pushing it. It isn't as hard as the original
4.5/5
