Overview
X Trainer combines agility, strength, and speed into one workout. It seems speed & agility and strength from Asylum 1 got fused together, then became twice as hard. The workout is about 50 minutes and features basically 4 agility X Trainer circuits. The circuits challenge the entire body and a lot of moves from the agility tutorial are featured. There are a lot of different moves so...

The Review

Design
X Trainer is a circuit strength and agility workout. Circuits are great for strength and endurance gains, and X Trainer pumps it up by adding agility in there too. The circuits are challenging from a strength standpoint and also from a technical standpoint. Weightlifting is thrown in there, but majority is ladder work. The agility training featured in Asylum Volume 2 is great, it really challenges your coordination, and once you finally master a move, it automatically becomes harder since you are trying to go as fast as you can. This is a great total body workout that'll leave you dripping in sweat and blood if you aren't careful!
10/10

Difficulty
This is kind of a sequal to Vertical Plyo from the original Asylum, and well although X Trainer is a very tough workout, its not quite on Vertical Plyo's level. Shout out to VP for being a tough workout! X Trainer works the entire body a whole lot, and keeps you tired by the fast paced agility moves and its lack of breaks for the most part! This will challenge your mentality just like Vertical Plyo, if you go all out while doing the agility sequences I guarantee you will see results!
4.5/5
